Original Flavor Meatballs
We make our Meatballs according to a method that has a history of over six decades. Only the most fresh pork hindquarters are used as the main ingredient and combined with a recipe and techniques that have been passed down through three generations without adding any pork that is the best cuts and starch. Our Meatballs are purely made of pork and the most authentic of this traditional delicacy of Hsinchu with their elastic texture and fresh and delectable juiciness.

Oyster Mushroom/Cuttlefish Balls

Wagyu Meatball
Hairei’s Wagyu meatballs are made from 100% Australian “fresh Wagyu beef.” The fresh Wagyu beef has a distinctive fat and fragrance, which gives the Wagyu meatballs a unique aroma. Senior chefs need to use their experience to observe the quality of each batch of Wagyu beef and the pattern of the fat to adjust the process in every step to make the meatball.
